Design & Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and versatile Design and Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality visual and written content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, websites, and more. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, strong writing skills, and the ability to create visually appealing content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
2. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and tone.
3. Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
4. Video Production: Film, edit, and publish engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
5. Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Collaborations: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, design) to align content with overall business objectives.
7. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

1. Driving Licence essential – Company car provided
2. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), or similar.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
5. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
6. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).
10. Photography and videography experience.
