Design Compliance Engineers

An exciting opportunity for two Design Compliance Engineers in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry in the Ellesmere Port area. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid grounding in engineering documentation and/or design engineering.

Description

As a Design Compliance Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Engineering and Design documentation activities in various projects (mainly aerospace and defence based).
• Reading customer requirements, developing robust testing and qualification data methods to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Creating and reviewing documents associated with fulfilling customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Documenting all compliance and certification activity.

Profile

The successful Design Compliance Engineer should have:

• Proven experience in a similar certification role, supporting customer documentation requirements for various projects.
• An understanding of compliance to AS9100 documentation requirements.
• Experience in reading technical drawings.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
• Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
