Job description

We are delighted to be working with a well-established professional services company who are looking for a part-time (21 Hours) Design and Digital Marketing Executive on a 13 month fixed-term contract basis. The company offers a vast range of products to suit the individual needs of their clients and to provide cover for a wide range of customers.

The Design and Digital Marketing Executive will be focused on designing and delivering strong marketing communications and promotional activity across all channels that align with the overall marketing plan. They will develop and analyse email marketing campaigns as well as provide regular reports to understand the performance of the campaign and seek improvements where necessary. You must be proficient in design, with strong skills essential for the creation of visual and digital assets.

Must Haves:
  1. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  2. Proficient with both content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software (preferably but not essential - Django & Dot Digital)

You will be an adaptable/flexible individual, able to work on multiple projects at any time as per the needs of the business. This is a fast-paced role where you will be working in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Executive to deliver on project deadlines. Whilst extensive copywriting is not essential, a good eye for proofreading and tone would be valuable.

This role is a home-based role (perfect for anybody with commitments that make full time working unviable) with occasional travel to one of the 2 offices required once a month; however, this will be fully expensed. You may also be required to be present in the office for the first week of induction/bedding in period, but there can be flex around this depending on the candidate's level and skillset.

With the home-based element of the role, the client will need the post-holder to work somewhat autonomously but with the benefit of a friendly and supportive team on hand in the event of any queries. The client can be flexible with the required 21 hours a week of work, so can accommodate 3 full days or the hours to be split over 4/5 days to fit around school runs.
