This company is a multifaceted consultant and installer of renewable systems, specializing in Solar PV, Air source/Ground source heat pumps, and Battery storage. They are going from strength to strength and have exciting plans for future projects, and are now looking to expand their senior team to facilitate success moving forward.

In this role, you will oversee all design and administrative activities to ensure efficient and successful delivery of renewable projects. This will involve managing in-house teams, ensuring high quality of work, overseeing projects from cradle to grave, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are running on time, to budget, and to specification.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a management role within the renewable or electrical sector. You must have an understanding of electrical projects, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to work to deadlines.

The Role:

1. Oversee technical and administrative function
2. Manage junior-senior design and admin team members ensuring high quality of work
3. Liaise with clients answering any queries and providing updates
4. Ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time and to budget
5. Office based with occasional site visits

The Person:

1. Management background
2. Experience working within the electrical engineering sector
3. Strong organization and ability to work to deadlines
4. Passionate about renewable energy
5. Full UK Driving License
