This role is based at one of their main distribution hubs near Addlestone, featuring a diverse array of premium products catering to a wide customer base. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day shift operations at the distribution center, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to standards.
2. Lead a team of six to ten members, managing tasks such as goods intake, outbound shipments, and breakdown operations.
3. Collaborate with the broader management team to enhance operational effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Prior experience in warehouse or distribution settings is preferred, but candidates with retail management backgrounds looking to transition are welcome.
2. Strong understanding of stock management.
3. Proven managerial skills, including absence management, performance evaluations, and staff motivation.
