More about the role:

Reporting into the Head of Suites, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day suites operations on event days, ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of the food and beverage service within Suites to our client and customers, managing suites teams.

• Ensure the smooth delivery of a first-class catering product and service to our clients and customers within the suites.
• To ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the food and beverage service within Suites to our client and customers, managing both suites' levels, kitchen, pantry, and bar service teams.
• To achieve operating standards that exceed the guest's expectations through strong leadership and effective management.
• Assist the Suites Manager with completing monthly labour planners in line with departmental budget.
• Demonstrate excellent control of all operating costs in line with set targets as advised by the Suites Manager.
• Work alongside the Suites Manager on delivery of activations at the concourse level.
• Support supervisors and attendants in the delivery of excellent guest service to all 82 Suite Holders at the O2.

About you:

• Proven experience in a busy F&B operation or corporate C&B.
• Experience in elevated dining, hotel F&B or concierge services.
• Flexible and adaptable - evening and weekend work.
• Approachable yet able to delegate.
• Able to manage large teams.
