An outstanding and thriving independent school in West Sussex is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role from April 2025.

This independent school aims to provide a broad and stimulating education within a caring and friendly environment for all pupils. Children are taught to think for themselves, with an emphasis on each child achieving their best. The early years provision includes babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers aged from 6 months to 4 years, and is open 50 weeks of the year. The Deputy Nursery Manager will play an integral part in developing the baby room, with potential to move to a new site and be integral to the transition. The successful candidate will deliver a creative, challenging, and motivating curriculum rich with extra-curricular opportunities and must have at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
