We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager for an independent children's day nursery in Stafford.

This is an opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager looking to take the next step in their career, in a role providing ongoing support, development, and progression opportunities, with a starting salary of up to £32,500.00 - £35,000.00 per annum (negotiable), plus benefits.

Position Details

Your role:

• Working alongside the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
• Supervising and supporting staff development
• Assisting with training and appraisals

What you will need:

• Minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
• Confidence in leading and supporting a team
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
