Deputy Nursery Manager

Network Healthcare are currently recruiting a permanent Deputy Nursery Manager to work in a small Nursery in Slough, Berkshire. The position is for 45 hours per week and the Nursery is a small 30 place setting.

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children.

You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and managing the nursery team/Supporting the manager
2. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
3. Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
4. Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
5. Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

What We're Looking For:

1. A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible

In return the Nursery is offering a starting salary of £32,000 per annum, 25 days holiday per year, parking available on site, ongoing training and support and discounted childcare.
