Deputy Nursery Manager

Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager based with a reputable company in Aberdeen.
This is a permanent full-time position for 40 hrs per week.

In order to be considered for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager in Aberdeen, you will need:

• A passionate and positive attitude.
• Deputy experience, or room leader experience from a high performing setting looking for the next step up.
• Experience as a key worker within an early years setting.
• Good understanding of the curriculum.
• A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification and ideally hold or working towards a BA.
• Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable.

The role of Deputy Nursery Manager will include:

• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
• Ensuring health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
• Supporting the Nursery Manager with all tasks.
