This is an exceptional opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join during the pre-opening phase of the nursery and to work within a unique environment where wellbeing and collaboration are at the heart of the business.
As the sister nursery to Dragonflies Ditcham, the successful candidates will be part of a wider team of inspirational and dedicated early years professionals, able to access the support and networking opportunities we know are so important to continuous development and teamwork.
As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Nursery Manager in all aspects of the nursery’s operation. You will help lead the team, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safety for all children. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture and educational approach of a new nursery, contributing your ideas and expertise to create a truly special place for children to learn and grow.
Our new Deputy Nursery Manager will be joining us at a time when marketing, building relationships with families and the wider community, and establishing an effective team who can provide exceptional care and education from day one of opening are of utmost importance! This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and will suit someone with a wide range of skills and experiences who thrives in a busy environment.
