Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Deputy Nursing Home Manager close to the Dronfield area of North East Derbyshire. You will be working within a nursing, dementia, and residential home, currently with 30 residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN qualified nurse to lead and make a difference in a supportive environment.

With a competitive salary £42,000 - £43,000 per year, this role offers a chance to work 36 hours a week over three 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm. You will receive paid breaks and the rewarding experience of leading a dedicated team in a caring setting.

Responsibilities:
