Deputy Named Professional Safeguarding – Think Family

Our aim is to ensure the children and young people living in Bedfordshire have every opportunity to achieve their full potential. We are excited about taking forward real opportunities for maximising the best outcomes for children, young people and their families.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced practitioner to work alongside the Named Professional to contribute to the implementation of the Trust’s Safeguarding Children Strategy.

Main Duties of the Role

1. Design and delivery of safeguarding training.
2. Provision of expert advice and support.
3. Provision of high-quality safeguarding supervision.
4. Contribution to Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews and other reviews.
5. Contribution to Bedfordshire Safeguarding Children Partnership Sub-groups.
