Salary: £22.00phr

Hours: 38.5 hours

Vacancy Type: Permanent - Full Time

Potton House is looking for a Deputy Home Manager to help support the home and Home Manager! Potton House is designed for older people with dementia. The 24 bedded home provides a specialist nursing service for individuals with a diagnosis of mid-late stage dementia, working in conjunction with Central Bedfordshire PCT and Local Authorities. This role will be 23 hours on the floor and 15.5 hours supernumerary.

As a Deputy Manager you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

You will be caring, and having a professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to build solid working relationships.
