We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a 42-bedded service that offers compassionate, person-centred care within a nursing and residential care setting.

Deputy Manager Duties include:

1. Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the service.
2. Ensure the Care, Welfare, and Safety of all residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
3. Develop Personalized Care Plans that reflect the needs and preferences of each resident.
4. Administer Medication Safely and accurately record all necessary information.
5. Build Strong Relationships with external suppliers and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
6. Lead, Mentor, and Inspire a dedicated team of care staff, encouraging growth and performance.

Deputy Manager Requirements:

1. A Registered Nurse with a Valid Pin
2. Strong knowledge of NMC Codes of Practice and Regulatory Standards
3. Proven experience in person-centred care planning
4. A natural leader and mentor, with a passion for empowering teams.
5. A heart dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to residents.
