Location: Fort William
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Salary: £53,722 – £56,010 annum based on a 44 hour contract

As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure that the level of care provided exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This includes providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver unparalleled service with empathy for resident issues.

The Care Home is registered for 40 service users, providing nursing and dementia care, and has received good ratings in all areas of their inspection.

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which includes various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes that outline pathways to progression within the Care Home.
