We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our client's prestigious luxury chocolatier store in Chelsea. This role offers the opportunity to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and manage the store in their absence.
2. Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service.
3. Motivate and coach sales associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Oversee stock management and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
5. Maintain store aesthetics in line with visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar role within premium or luxury retail.
2. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
3. Proficiency in retail KPIs and inventory management.
4. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
