Leadership Pay Scale: L8 - L12 (depending on experience), Full-time, Permanent position

The Role

As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the school. You will:

  1. Lead on Curriculum
  2. Manage Behaviour and support staff as key areas of responsibility
  3. Support staff development and performance management
  4. Oversee school improvement priorities
  5. Teach one day per week to maintain classroom experience
