We are looking for an inspirational and organised individual, who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for every child, to support the headteacher with the strategic leadership of our successful infant school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • will be resolute in upholding our loving Christian ethos
  • has strong leadership experience and a drive for continuous school improvement
  • has a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, diversity and equality
  • has a proven track record of excellent teaching in both EYFS and KS1 and is experienced in achieving high standards of attainment and progress
  • has the ability to inspire and support others to improve their own practice
  • has a thorough understanding of what makes a high-quality infant curriculum
  • is an excellent communicator with an approachable manner and proven interpersonal skills who can work effectively with staff, governors, children and their families, and the extended community
  • to fit in with the existing SLT, a person who is pro-active, logical and systematic in their approach
  • is able to show initiative and adaptability

Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an observation in school on 8 May and an interview and presentation on 9 May 2025.
