Deputy FM

Winner recruitment are currently working with a leading FM service provider who are looking to recruit for a Deputy FM to work across a single site within Leicester.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer with supervisory experience who is looking to come off the tools and take his step into more of a managerial role.

Duties:

  1. As a Deputy FM you will work across a single site supervising a team of engineers made up of Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric trades ensuring all Planned and Reactive maintenance is in line with KPI/SLA.
  2. You will be responsible for planning the engineer's day on a day-to-day basis, managing compliance across the site.
  3. As a Deputy FM manager, you will support small work projects.
  4. You will be responsible for client interaction on a day-to-day basis.
  5. As a Deputy FM Manager, you must ensure the engineers are compliant with all health and safety regulations and are hitting KPI/SLAs.
  6. You will provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
  7. There may be times where you will have to jump on the tools to support the engineers.

Candidate:

  1. As a Deputy FM you must hold relevant qualifications with Electrical installations (e.g. NVQ or City & Guilds).
  2. You must have experience in supporting engineers within their work.
  3. You must have good knowledge of CAFM systems, compliance, & Health and safety.
