Job description

There are 2x roles (both Inside IR35) based in Wiltshire.

Contract Length for both roles: 31st March 2026

Cryptographic Manager:

Clearance: SC - Willing/eligible to undergo DV

Deputy Cryptographic Manager:

Clearance: DV

Essential skills, qualifications, and experience:
  1. Experience in a cryptographic management environment.
  2. Project management experience – Agile preferable.
  3. Experience of cryptographic capacity management, including demand management.
  4. Knowledge of the CAPS process and processes around the procurement of cryptographic devices from suppliers.
  5. Experience of the principles of a Crypto Net Controller.
  6. Experience of governance and risk control frameworks.
  7. Good communication skills, with ability to adapt to uncertainties and changing priorities.
  8. Experience of the production, management and maintenance of the programme and projects crypto plans.
