Deputy Cleaning Manager

Join our team as a Deputy Cleaning Manager and play a key role in providing an excellent service at our fabulous Corporate Client site in London NW1 6AA.

About the Role

• Conduct Cleaning Inspections
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard
• Supervise the day team while communicating with the evening team
• Meet with the Evening Supervisors
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning schedules
• Ensure the safety of your team and their compliance to Sodexo Health & Safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of two years previous experience as a Cleaner Supervisor in a variety of settings and previous experience of managing or working with a team
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of using cleaning equipment and tools such as floor and carpet cleaners, buffers and polishers and the ability to implement and adhere to strict standards and procedures
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Manual Handling

• Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm
• 40 hours per week
• £35000 - £38000 per year
• 28 Days Holiday increasing to 33 days with service (Including Bank Holidays)
