JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is currently looking for an experienced, fast-paced, and hardworking Deputy Cleaning Manager based in a large commercial building in South Manchester. This role is to manage staff effectively and ensure efficient working practices and standards are in place.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday

Week 1 - 7am - 3:30pm

Week 2 - 10:30am - 7pm

You will be expected to work 4 hours every other weekend.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of 8 supervisors
• Building a good relationship with the client
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the site
• Training, managing back to work forms, monitoring sickness, and conducting audits

Requirements for the role:

• Previous management experience
• Experience in cleaning and catering
• Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office
