Experis are working with a defence client who are part of the MoD and specialise in SaaS data products and live services delivered within both the defence and commercial sector across the UK and the rest of the world.

Your Role
As Deputy Chief Technology Officer, you will:

1. Develop and manage practices and leads across engineering and delivery teams.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver innovative technology solutions.
3. Govern key boards like the Design Authority to ensure technical excellence.
4. Shape recruitment, training, and retention strategies for tech talent.
5. Foster relationships across government, external sectors, and third-party partners.
6. Ensure delivery teams are equipped with the right skills, tools, and infrastructure.
7. Define and implement technology standards and governance frameworks.
