In this pivotal role, you will provide medical leadership, oversee clinical governance, and deliver exceptional emergency medical care through telemedicine platforms. As DCMO, you will ensure the highest standards of patient care while contributing to the development of clinical policies and quality assurance.

What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality care using telemedicine technologies for global patients.
- Conduct consultations, offering accurate diagnoses and empathetic care.
- Manage follow-up cases to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Lead a diverse team of clinicians and emergency responders.
- Mentor and support clinical teams in achieving operational excellence.
- Oversee major medical cases, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Oversee clinical governance processes, ensuring adherence to national and international standards.
- Conduct audits, manage risk, and ensure quality control across all levels of service.
- Foster continuous professional development and training initiatives.
- Coordinate complex medical cases, including evacuations, while ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
- Lead the creation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), aligning with best practices.
- Produce high-quality medical reports with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work closely with logistics, administrative, and medical teams to enhance patient care delivery.
- Engage with insurance companies and healthcare providers to streamline patient care.
- Stay prepared to provide expert medical advice and coordination in international emergencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in emergency medicine and telemedicine advancements.
What you'll bring:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Board Certification/Eligibility in a relevant specialty (Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Occupational Medicine, etc.).
- 10+ years of clinical experience with expertise in emergency, prehospital, or military medicine.
- Proficient in telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
- Leadership experience in clinical teams and strong communication skills.
