The company is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Manager to join their hardworking team. As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Care Home Manager in achieving successful and compliant operation of the care home. The Deputy Manager will provide support and leadership to care home staff and provide a high-quality service and lead by example. This individual should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting in the last five years.
