Deputy Manager Attributes:

1. 3 years + Care Home Management experience (Essential)
2. NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in a care environment is required
4. Requirement to be on-call
5. Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
6. Positive and caring attitude (essential)
