On behalf of a leading care provider in the Northwest, I am currently looking for a Care Home Deputy Manager to join one of their residential homes within the Partington area.

To be considered for this Deputy Manager / Deputy Care Home Manager role, you should have previous deputy management experience within the elderly care sector, and you must have some knowledge of medication and care planning, having worked in an elderly residential setting.

This is a market-leading home, and our client is keen to hire a new deputy manager who has worked in high-caliber care homes.

The Deputy Care Home Manager job role:

1. Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day-to-day running of the home
2. Oversee the delivery of high-caliber care
3. Provide staff management, support, and development
4. Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care

Person specification of the Deputy Home Manager:

1. Strong care home deputy management experience
2. Knowledge of elderly care, medication planning
3. Worked in a dementia, elderly home
4. Person-centered focused
