Are you an experienced deputy manager looking for a new challenge at a new home? Or looking for a great role with great progression?
I am currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager's role in the South Yorkshire area, looking for someone with great care experience and a caring and compassionate manner, ideally 2+ years experience as Deputy Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home
2. Provide care and support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
3. Administer medications to residents according to prescribed guidelines
4. Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the Manager
5. Assist in developing and implementing care plans for residents
6. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for residents
7. Train and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided

Experience:

1. Previous experience in a similar role in a care home or healthcare setting is preferred
2. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
3. Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines for residential care facilities
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
