Depot Manager

£50,000 to £60,000 + Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday

Neos Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Depot Manager to join a fast-paced organisation that has incredible growth plans for 2025 and beyond!

The ideal candidate for the Depot Manager role is someone who has prior experience within a Depot Manager role. You will ideally have worked within Agriculture, Heavy Plant, Aggregates, Demolition, or Recycling industries due to the machinery and equipment the business provides predominantly to these fields.

The day-to-day role of the Depot Manager is to oversee a depot that is incredibly busy, turning over £5 million per annum. For the business to achieve this, they have nine drivers, workshop engineers, field engineers, admin staff, and more. The candidate will be organised, forward-thinking, and someone who can galvanize a team!

The Candidate:

• 5 years of experience within a Depot Manager role
• Experience in Agriculture, Heavy Plant, Aggregates, Demolition, or Recycling industries
• Initiative and problem-solving skills

• Identify and manage personnel development needs
• Manage performance effectively
• Set appropriate objectives
• Identify issues
• Ensure management processes are executed appropriately to achieve resolution
