An established industry player is seeking a Department Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing department operations, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. This position is based in the H&M St Albans store.
Our Leaders have the ambition to make our people and business grow. As a Department Manager, you are responsible for overseeing a department to support the Sales and Profit of the store and along with your Team deliver a Customer First Experience.
