Key Responsibilities:

1. To lead a small but growing team of receptionists supporting a 10 surgery dental facility.
2. Be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients with a smile.
3. Manage and schedule patient appointments with ease.
4. Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone with a friendly and professional attitude.
5. Keep patient records organised and confidential.
6. Assist with various administrative tasks to keep our practice running like clockwork.

Requirements:

1. Must have previous dental experience/knowledge.
2. Good level of computer literacy.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in dental practice management software.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
