Job description

Inchvannie House Dental Practice, Dingwall are looking for a full-time, experienced receptionist.


We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team; the role involves taking incoming calls and booking patients into the appropriate time slots for their needs; welcoming patients into the practice, handling any financial transactions and re-booking requirements. There are also a variety of administration and reporting tasks to complete.


If you are an effective communicator with excellent administration skills and keen attention to detail, with a friendly, positive attitude and a focus on teamwork who is able to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment, you could be the person we are looking for.


To be successful you will need:
  1. Proven track-record in administrative roles
  2. Evidence of professional communication skills and good telephone manner
  3. Must possess competent IT skills
  4. Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  5. Experience in healthcare settings would be advantageous but is not essential
  6. Shift pattern covering hours between 8am and 7:30 Monday to Friday
  7. Uniform is provided
