Our practice, located in Christchurch City, has a long history of providing general family dentistry.

What does a Dental Assistant Do? A Dental Assistant is a critical part of our team! You will support our highly experienced team of clinicians with various interesting dental procedures during patient appointments. You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation, infection control, and stock control. Working beside experienced Dentists will give you a great insight into our practice and a rare opportunity to learn from one of the best.

The Hours for the role are:

• Monday 8am till 4pm
• Tuesday 8am till 4pm
• Wednesday 8am till 4pm
• Thursday 8am till 4pm
• Friday 8am till 3pm

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant would be ideal, but we are willing to fully train the right person!
• Proven experience in reception or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Flexibility to help out the team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and team-orientated approach to all you do.
• Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly.
