Job Introduction

Are you a passionate Demi Chef de Partie looking to elevate your culinary career? We are seeking a highly professional and personable Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Brasserie Constance, a British brasserie with Michelin Star Chef Adam Byatt at the helm. Taking influence from Constance Spry, our namesake, a pioneering figure in the early 20th century and creator of coronation chicken.

About the Role: As Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in running a designated kitchen section, supporting the Chef de Partie in consistently delivering dishes of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing your designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
  2. Ensure all preparation is completed efficiently and to the highest standard before every service.
  3. Support with monitoring stock levels, controlling waste, and maintaining food quality.
  4. Maintain excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section, including fridge management.
  5. Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Partie in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  6. Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
  7. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, supporting junior team members where needed.
