Job Description

• Supporting the S&OP cycle by preparing for and facilitating Demand Review meetings and updates into Supply Review.
• Generating the base forecasts on a monthly basis and interrogating key forecast trends to highlight potential risks/opportunities within the forecast.
• Support communication to the commercial teams and service recovery & reviewing forecast consumption week by week.
• Compile and review weekly/monthly reporting and interrogation of Demand Planning KPI's & commentary analysis.
• Attend project meetings for NPD/EPD & SKU Exits to ensure forecast alignment.
• Facilitate Inventory discussions with various commercial markets across Europe.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in a supply chain environment, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, able to use multiple data sources to understand trends.
• Process-oriented but also able to be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Good at building relationships and being able to influence different stakeholders.
• Able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
• Good presentation skills, particularly being able to be clear and concise.
• S&OP and/or SAP experience desirable but not essential.
