Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: c. £40,000 + 10% discretionary bonus
Start Date: After May 25
Contract: Permanent
Holidays: 25 days per year
Office Requirement: Minimum 3 days a week

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the 12-month rolling demand forecast, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Drive forecast accuracy KPIs and challenge sales forecasts to enhance reliability.
3. Create SKU-level demand plans for all product categories, ensuring timely updates.
4. Manage menu changes between Sales and Supply, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal excess stock.
5. Monitor and react to customer demand fluctuations, addressing drops and spikes proactively.
6. Work with IT to enhance forecasting tools and dashboards for improved business insights.
7. Support NPD launches and supply chain planning, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities.
8. Lead monthly sales forecast meetings, providing insights to drive business success.
9. Collaborate across departments to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the supply chain.

What We're Looking For

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG demand planning.
2. Technical Skills: Strong analytical ability with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or other demand planning tools would be a plus.
3. Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with internal/external stakeholders.
4. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues before they arise, ensuring smooth forecasting.
5. Adaptability: A flexible, can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
6. Passion for Food: A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and its challenges.
