Role: Demand Planner

Salary: Up to £40k DOE

Location: South London (on-site)

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a luxurious confectionery company, who are proud to provide sweet treats to major retailers and across e-commerce platforms. This company prides themselves on creativity, quality, and craftsmanship and are keen to see dynamic and innovative individuals to join their award-winning brand.

Due to rapid growth, they are looking for a Demand Planner to join their team, who is able to:

  1. Support in maintaining rolling, seasonal, and long-term forecasts;
  2. Place accurate orders with a variety of global suppliers;
  3. Ensure the correct amount of stock is arriving to sites OTIF;
  4. Manage movement of stock across warehouses.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years in a similar supply chain role (planning, forecasting, supplier management)
  • Experience in the food/beverage industry or FMCG
  • Strong communication skills (ability to have challenging conversations with sales teams and suppliers)
  • Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, sumifs)
