We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Demand Planning, you will be instrumental in optimising inventory levels, ensuring raw material and product availability, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing-based supply chain operations.
As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role between sales, marketing, production, and logistics. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be essential in anticipating sales trends and ensuring product availability in alignment with manufacturing capabilities and constraints.
This hybrid role, 3 days a week at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury (HP22 5WJ) and remote working, offers the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic, high-growth environment. If you’re proactive, data-driven, and thrive on collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!
