Circa £70-80K plus bonus

The Role:

My client is a leading provider of digital solutions that streamline operations within the shipping industry. As a dynamic and global team, this business serves thousands of customers internationally, helping them navigate logistics through innovative, technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Collaboration with design, data, and content departments to ensure campaign synergy.
2. Drive lead generation and ensure a strong return on investment by setting clear objectives and KPIs, tracking and measuring performance and attribution, and optimizing marketing efforts to justify budget allocation and impact.
3. Generate high-quality leads through a mix of organic and paid channels.
4. Leverage non-paid strategies such as in-product promotions, webinars, website optimization, email marketing, and marketing automation, while also utilizing promoted social (SEO, PPC).
5. Seek new clients by transforming and improving lead generation approaches to attract both new and existing prospects into business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing or demand generation role (with experience in SaaS or digital transformation).
2. Educated to degree level.
3. Well-versed in ABM.
4. A knack for written communication and strong numerical and analytical skills.
5. Expertise in a variety of marketing, sales, and digital platforms such as CRM and paid media channels (Google and LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting solutions).
6. Proven stakeholder engagement experience (internally and externally) with a direct focus on field sales and product teams.
