Title: Early Career Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Contract Type: Inside IR35
Rate: £275 per day (Approx. £3.6k take-home per month)
Clearance: Open to both SC-cleared and non-cleared candidates (clearance sponsorship available)
Contract Length: Rolling 6-month contract (multi-year opportunities)
Location: Hybrid (Once a week travel to London)

About the Role

You will work at the heart of a high-impact digital delivery function, supporting the transformation of critical services. The role involves managing and tracking key projects, ensuring effective collaboration across teams, and driving the successful implementation of agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Project & Delivery Management: Oversee and support agile delivery teams, ensuring smooth progress and identifying potential blockers.




• 
  Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to track delivery, report progress, and enhance visibility.




• 
  Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine processes and improve team efficiency within a fast-paced environment.




• 
  Tools & Governance: Manage reporting and workflow using Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for driven individuals with 1-5 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Agile Delivery Consulting. Ideal candidates will have:

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).




• Experience tracking and managing delivery teams and project timelines.




• Ability to remove blockers and improve workflow efficiency.




• Strong reporting and stakeholder engagement capabilities.




• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Background in consulting is highly advantageous.




• Experience working with government or public sector clients is beneficial.
