DELIVERY MANAGER - HARDWARE

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager - Hardware to lead our Swindon center operations. This role will be focusing on power electronics technologies across automotive, industrial, and avionics sectors while managing engineering teams, project delivery, and business growth initiatives.

What will you be doing at eInfochips?

  • Engineering & Project Management: Oversee engineering teams, ensuring effective project assignments and resource allocation.
  • Technology Leadership: Stay updated on power electronics trends, guiding product design and development lifecycle for EV chargers, inverters, and related hardware.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the solutions and sales team to drive new customer acquisitions and expand market presence.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with India offshore teams and cross-functional departments for seamless project execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Partner with the finance team to manage the P&L of the center, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop business proposals, budgeting plans, and sales strategies to enhance market positioning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee product certification processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.



What are we looking for?

  • 14-15 years of experience in power electronics, including EV chargers, power converters and inverters, and product development in any of target market segments.
  • Proven background in engineering services with cross-functional team management (mechanical, electrical, and software teams).
  • Strong expertise in business proposals, budgeting, and sales strategies.
  • Experience in product certification and compliance within automotive, industrial, or avionics sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
