Delivery Manager (Front Office) - Commodities Trading - London

twentyAI have partnered with a Global Commodities Trading Firm in London who are looking for a Front Office Technology Delivery Manager to join their function. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the Technical Lead to support a variety of in-flight projects across the front office space as well as managing a host of transversal projects. You will report into the Head of Front Office Technology whilst also managing a team of BAs and QAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BAs and QAs
• Implement and manage agile methodologies, ensuring efficient workflow and delivery processes
• Support on new business initiatives as well as owning existing projects
• Maintain and prioritise the backlog, working with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Partner with technical leads and senior stakeholders across the business on a daily basis to understand requirements and help influence the execution of projects
• Identify and unblock issues that may impede progress and help with forecasting and resource allocation
• Assist with the migration to a new platform, ensuring minimal disruption

Experience Required:

• Commodities Trading background
• Strong Project management/delivery management experience coupled with team leadership
• Strong understanding of agile (Kanban) principles
• Proven stakeholder management skills dealing with technical teams and C suite
