Job description

A global, leading digital consultancy are seeking a Delivery Manager who specialises in Agile delivery, coaching and working in ERP environments. As part of the role, you will deliver transformational programmes, foster collaboration and champion Agile practices.

This role is remote with occasional travel to client site in either London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

£55,000 - £70,000 budget (depending on level of experience) + bonus + other benefits.

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role you will have:

1. Experience applying Agile principles and ways of working in an ERP environment (S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, O365 etc). Please only apply if you have recent experience with ERP integrations/implementations/transformations.
2. Good understanding of ERP, functional and/or technical ERP application knowledge (S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, O365 etc).
3. Knowledge of industry trends and their impact on business strategies, ERP strategy and service portfolio.
4. Understanding of DevOps and how to apply it in ERP environments.
5. Excellent communication skills to connect across multiple teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide diverse teams.
7. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
8. Ability to coach teams and individuals.
9. Strong business acumen and experience in driving business transformation.
10. The ability to manage services in a dynamic environment.
11. Experience with SLAs, OLAs, and contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.

Ideally, you will also have:

1. Previous experience with large scale programme migration.
2. Test management experience in ERP environments.
3. Relevant Agile, IT service management and/or project management certifications.
4. Experience in a people or line management role.
