(Northampton – Remote/Hybrid Working)

As Digital Project Manager, you will join the Software Delivery Team within their Digital Banking Innovation Practice based in Northampton. You will be experienced in Software Delivery and be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and project methodology, governance, and best practice are followed as per the centrally defined standards, principles, and KPIs. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously. You will be required to work cross-functionally with application and infrastructure teams as well as third parties to ensure effective delivery within the required budgets and timeframes. This opportunity is open to remote/hybrid working arrangements but will require up to 2 days per week in the Northampton office.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will have:

1. Significant Project Management experience specifically within Software Delivery.
2. Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects (£500k-£2m per annum) in a complex organisation.
3. Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
4. Experience of delivering in an onshore and offshore development model.

Desirables for the Digital Project Manager role:

1. Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools.
2. Project Management experience within a financial establishment.
3. Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite.

The Digital Project Manager will benefit from:
