Job Role: Delivery Manager

Job Location: Gloucestershire Council

Salary: £52,265 per annum

Working Arrangements: 3 days onsite - 2 days remote

Working Period: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30

Your Role:

1. This role will contribute both strategically and operationally, having direct line management responsibility for managers delivering the Connect to Work programme, within the Employment & Skills Hub team.
2. Assisting in strategic developments for the Connect to Work programme, helping to secure good employment and skills outcomes for residents of Gloucestershire, particularly those who are most disadvantaged in the labour market.
3. Manage a team of 60 individuals.
