Permanent Self-Employed Drivers wanted for immediate start. Xcelsior Logistics are a parcel delivery company and we have a rewarding opportunity for hard working individuals.

We will provide you with a VAN - NO RENTAL FEE, INSURANCE, FUEL and UNIFORM.

Role Description:

1. Loading parcels into van at the start of the day
2. Following pre-planned delivery route to a mixture of residential and commercial addresses
3. Ensuring every parcel is delivered accurately and efficiently when possible
4. Providing great customer service to parcel recipients and being the face of our brand
5. Taking care of your assigned van and cargo to avoid unnecessary damages

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
2. Able to work effectively both on your own and in a team
3. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
4. Genuine passion for customer service and doing a job right
5. Good level of fitness
6. Willing to go the extra mile for you and your team

Essential Requirements:

1. Register self-employed
2. Able to work weekends when required
3. Full UK or Euro driving licence with no more than 6 Points (No DR, DG or IN related endorsements)
4. Full Criminal Background check before start date
5. Initial and ongoing Drug & Alcohol screenings
6. Able to commute to and from delivery station in Bathgate area
