Our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers play a crucial role in our operation, providing a reliable and committed delivery service across 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. With plenty of parcels to keep you busy, there is no better time to join Yodel.

As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility and better financial rewards, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. You don't need any experience, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

1. Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect
   Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn anything between £18 - £20p/h (paid per parcel). All our rates are competitively enhanced taking business mileage and operational costs into consideration.
2. Daily & Weekly Payment Options
   Yodel offers flexible payment options to all Self Employed delivery drivers. You can access earnings from the very next day via an app provided by our early access partner, Onsi, or alternatively, join the weekly payment cycle scheme after 4 weeks of completed delivery services.

   You can realistically deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels an hour depending on the area and your experience. The more you deliver, the more you earn.

   Plan your own route or use our award-winning app to help prepare and plan your routes more easily.

   We deliver parcels for some of the biggest retailers, so there’s no shortage of parcels to deliver.

The Life of a Core Delivery Driver

Each day is what you make it. You can plan your own route, keeping things fresh and interesting. At each delivery, use your mobile to scan parcels and ensure they're safely received by the customer.

What you'll need to show us

No experience, no problem! We provide full training and support. All you need to show us is the following to get started:

1. Access to an insured car or van (up to 3.5 tonne)
2. A full UK or EC/EEA Driving Licence
3. Proof of Right to Work in the UK
4. IOS or Android smart phone
5. Proof of own bank account
6. A great attitude
