Delivery Director - Utilities | Circa. £130,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (London & Midlands)
Are you a strategic leader with a consultancy background, experienced in Water, Gas, or Energy? Do you thrive in transformational environments, managing large teams and delivering managed service solutions? Following a major transformation and rapid team growth over the past year, we're looking for a dynamic Delivery Director to drive operational excellence and continued improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing Scheduling, Streetworks Administration, Data Management, and Control Room operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining strong customer engagement and regulatory compliance.
Reporting directly to the Director of Transition & Regulation, you will lead a team of circa 100 people, with around 5 direct reports. You must be comfortable working in an evolving landscape, managing transformation projects, and adapting to change.
