Job description

Delivery Consultant

Base salary of £24k + monthly performance-based bonus after training period

Glasgow, hybrid working after training period

As a Delivery Consultant for Brook Street, your day-to-day will be quite busy, so being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is a must. You'll handle admin tasks, complaints, and enquiries, whilst dealing with our lovely clients, ensuring we are providing seamless service to them. You'll work closely with other departments such as compliance and also undertake onboarding of candidates.

About the role:

  • Co-ordinating responses to ad-hoc contract issues
  • Sustain existing client relationships and provide customer service
  • Provide HR support
  • Manage shared inbox
  • Coordinate staff members
  • Resolve issues
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Ensure the timely completion of relevant paperwork in line with company, client and legislative requirements including referencing of applicants
  • Complying with the company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence.
  • Always uphold Brook Street's brand profile through the effective management of both clients and applicants
  • Ensure adherence to personal activity and revenue targets
